Useful information for conducting funerals:

I. Cathedral Parish

Discussing the details of the funeral date, the funeral ceremony;

After prior arrangement, the registration of the deceased and also the receipt of the ashes of the deceased take place here.

Administration can only be done in person or by written order, through a representative.

Documents required for receiving the urn:

  1. death certificate
  2. Cremation certificate
  3. transfer certificate (in case of transfer from another cemetery) — the last two are issued by the funeral company)

If the above documents are not yet available, the following personal data are required until they are ready:

  1. Name of the deceased
  2. Mother's name
  3. Place and date of birth
  4. Place and time of death

Here we conclude the contract for the urn place, administer it and issue the invoice, we agree on the content of the inscription on the urn cover. A declaration of acceptance is issued, which allows the funeral procedure to be initiated at the funeral company, or the cremation urn can be requested, as well as a report can be made to the office of the parish of the deceased's place of residence.
It is also possible to conclude a so-called "Pre-arrangement contract".
