For guides

Groups arriving with a tour guide are required to pay a Group Administration Fee. This fee covers group administration, processing, and the authorization for external guiding activities in the Catherdal.

Prices are as follows:

1–10 people	HUF 550 / person	Minimum fee: HUF 4,000
11–25 people	HUF 500 / person	Minimum fee: HUF 7,000
26–50 people	HUF 450 / person

Without paying the fee, guided tours in the church cannot be made.

Groups with a tour guide are exempt from this fee if every group member purchases one of our standard ticket types (Treasury; Combined). Information about our ticket prices here.

Guiding within the Esztergom Basilica is only permitted with a valid internal permit. For groups of more than 10 people, the use of a tour guide system is mandatory.

Guiding inside Esztergom Basilica is only possible with an internal permit, if the group is bigger than 10 person, then using a tour-guide system is required.

Internal authorisation can be obtained through training.
